RAINHA ELIZABETH II, RAINHA LETIZIA DA ESPANHA, RAINHA MÁXIMA DA HOLANDA: ORDEM DA JARRETEIRA EM WINDSOR.

Em uma Cerimônia Realizada no Castelo de Windsor, a Rainha Elizabeth II, condecorou o Rei Felipe da Espanha e o Rei Willem Alexander da Holanda, ambos acompanhados de suas Esposas Letizia e Máxima, com a "Ordem da Jarreteira", a mais alta distinção que a Realeza pode conceder, que visa recompensar o Valor e a Lealdade à Coroa Inglesa. O Evento conseguiu reunir o tão aguardado encontro entre as três Monarcas  das Casas Reais Mais Elegantes da Europa.



O Cortejo da ORDEM DA JARRETEIRA, é um dos Grandes Eventos da Monarquia Britânica, que todos os anos desde 1348, reúne Membros da Família Real para Comemorar esta Ordem, na Procissão acompanhada por Milhares de pessoas pelas Ruas de Windsor até a Capela de São Jorge, A Família Real em Trajes Tradicionais inspirados nos Lendários Cavaleiros da Tavola Redonda do Rei Arthur. A Rainha Elizabeth e o Príncipe de Gales, são Membros Vitalícios da Ordem, a Monarca é Responsável por nomear pessoalmente os 24 Membros Cavaleiros e Damas Reais.
